From the creators of World of Warcraft comes a new mmorpg called firefall. It's been distinguished as different from the WoW concept primarily because it's not your typical point and click game. Firefall is much more like an MMOFPS and a hybrid of a Shooter. Since FPS games is all whacking and shooting monsters and humans alike. The graphics was absolutely intense! The game's been doing a pretty good presentation of what the game engine is capable of. The striking environments and futuristic weapons,vehicles are perfect for fans who's sick of medieval or fantasy like genre. Nevertheless it's not been released yet but it's been earning some reputation from the mmorpg communities because the man behind WoW is also the man behind Firefall. It's still too early for this game to be judged but the graphics deserves respect because it's really captivating.

The game will be a free to play mmorpg and this would ofcourse create rage for the users who loves the F2P framework and the users who wants P2P framework. But according to FireFall staff this will definitely be free to play game and monetization comes from microtransactions In which registered users and gamers have the chance to purchase in game items or services that would help you in levelling or beating up monsters. This reminds me of starship troopers bought in an online game. I'd love to see how this will evolve and mature and because I haven't played any mmorpg before created by westeners as majority of games in the market came from asian countries. I just hope that PSP games would have have a chance for it bloom with a community similar to an mmorpg game. PSP games download are so common that you can just have a free game with a click of a button.
